Print a Wi-Fi QR card for your cafe or guest room

Create a reusable Wi-Fi card, test it and print a practical sign for guests.

Use a network meant for guests

A Wi-Fi QR code contains the network name, security type and password. Someone who can read the printed code can obtain those details, so use a network you are comfortable sharing. The generator does not verify that the network itself is available.

Choose Wi-Fi in Jarvis QR and enter the exact network name, including case and spaces. Select WPA / WPA2 / WPA3 for a typical modern password-protected network, or Open network when there is no password. Use WEP only when the network actually uses it.

Build a clear card

A caption such as JOIN GUEST WI-FI explains what a scan will do. Choose a dark code on a plain light background, and keep it large enough for someone standing at the counter or room entrance. A decorative background should not replace the code’s clear border.

For a worked example, enter Example Guest as the network name and a temporary demonstration password. Choose Forest and Rounded card. These are test details: replace them with your actual guest network before printing.

Test joining on a phone

Download the image, scan it on another device and confirm that joining works. A successful decoder check proves that the image can be read under that test; it does not prove that the password is correct. Recheck the security setting and network name if joining fails.

Select Hidden network only when that is how the access point is configured. Device support varies, so keep written connection instructions available when guests may need an alternative.

Print and maintain it

Use Single large sign for a counter card, or Label sheet to repeat the same code on A4 or US Letter. Print one sample first and avoid reflective covers or heavily textured paper.

A static Wi-Fi code cannot be changed after printing. Generate and replace the cards whenever the network details change. Jarvis processes the details locally, and saved design presets exclude your Wi-Fi password.
