jJarvis QR

Your content
stays with you.

Photos and QR content

The public editor processes selected files and entered content on your device. Photos, logos, filenames, QR payloads, passwords and editor text are not uploaded to our application server. Generated downloads are created locally. The photo editor does not save photo drafts; Clear editor releases its working images. Original files and downloads remain on your device.

Saved QR designs

If you explicitly select Save design in Jarvis QR, styling is saved in your browser’s local storage. QR content, logos and Wi-Fi passwords are excluded. Imported/exported design files also contain styling only. Clear the saved design through your browser’s site-storage controls.

Site-use statistics

We collect page paths, referrer domains, browser/device categories, approximate country, temporary page-load tab identifiers, engagement heartbeats and allowlisted tool events such as generation, download, template choice and error category. Analytics do not collect the content you are working on or identify returning visitors across days. There are no persistent analytics cookies or visitor fingerprints.

The application uses IP addresses for country lookup and short-lived abuse limits. Successful generation and download events also retain the network IP address and timestamp in private owner logs for up to 30 days. Other analytics events do not store raw IP addresses. IP addresses may be shared by several people or change over time; they are not treated as unique visitor identifiers. Detailed events last up to 30 days, daily breakdowns up to 12 months, and aggregate creation totals are retained without IP addresses. Network infrastructure may keep standard access logs under the hosting provider’s own settings.

Private owner pages

The analytics dashboard uses essential secure session cookies for administrator access. Owner access uses a six-digit PIN and shared login-attempt limits. Cloudflare Turnstile can also be enabled for owner verification, and is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. It is not required to use the public editors.
